I take a great deal of pride in saying Nina has excelled in all aspects of her demanding work load, demonstrating a calm head under pressure, an ability to multitask successfully, deal with stakeholders and professionals in a polite and structured manner, and responding well to her training and development.

Nina svoje delo opravlja vestno, odgovorno in korektno. Pri svojem delu je samostojna, saj vsebine in nacin izvedbe delavnic pripravlja sama. Pokazala je veliko mero ustvarjalnosti, sposobnosti vodenja skupine, motiviranja uporabnikov in predvsem cuta za socloveka. Skozi vodenje skupine za samopomoc je dokazaia, da ima tudi sposobnost organizacije.

Nina knows how to conect with children. She empowers them and speaks with them in respectfully and calmly way. She had appropriate approach, she kept right amount of boundaries and managed to set trust with clients. Nina has good communication and counselling skills. She listens to children carefully, in actively way. And she considers child's level of understanding while working with him or her. She is definitely team-oriented person, which I think is important characterictic for school counselor.
